For a more casual dining experience our popular Gourmet Bar & Lounge Menu is served daily from 12noon in the Hotels Lounge and Bar. Choose from an eclectic mix of dishes that are sure to appeal to all appetites and tastes. All our dishes are home produced and served in a relaxed environmemt. Our dining experience here is hugely popular and we recommend that guests arrive early so as to secure a table. We also feature an extensive menu of wines by the glass.

Our signature Restaurant, The Bradaun, is a culinary delight. Creative, contemporary Irish Cooking is at the fore here and Chef Bryan McCarthys commitment to creating the very best quality menus is evident. Using local produce, organic were possible, but above all recognition of quality and seasonality is paramount. Our a la Carte Menu and Value Menu change with each season which allows our customers to experience seasonal produce at its very best and very freshest. Our focus for Autumn / Winter 2008 is to expand our self sufficiency even further; for example all our fish, meats and vegetables are now house smoked here at Leixlip House using different smoking flavours such as alderwood, oak wood and hickory wood. All our Herbs are home grown giving amazing flavours and colours to many of our dishes. Ofcourse all our Baking, pastry making, jams, desserts and compotes are also home produced.
